ISSUE:
When I print a report to the PDFeXPLODE Pirnter, I get this strange error "Error No: 62 Input past end of file Line No 110 Procedure - 'GetPSTitle'". This was not happening last week and it does not happen if I have a PDF which I 'Drag and Drop' on to PDFeXPLODE Process Queue to explode and email. It just seems to happen when I send a report to the PDFeXPLODE printer to process into a Master PDF, and then explode and email. So the program never explodes any PDfs or emails. Can you point me in a direction so I can fix the issue and be able to produce exploded PDFs and emails?

Let's explain the error.
When PDF-eXPLODE is first opened, you can see the print/process queue window depending on your setting of SILENT (print queue screen is visible) or VERY SILENT (no Print queue window is visible). In the Log, the first 5 log lines will say:

The error line generally occurs when PDF-eXPLODE attempts to open the PDFeXPLODE.ini from [INSTALLFOLDER]\INIS\%User%\PDFeXPLODE.ini. The 2nd line of the log above indicates which User INI folder is used for processing. In that folder, there exists the configuration file and this INI file has some corruption at the end of the file. You will recognize the corruption by opening the INI file in Notepad and going to the end. It could have sevel lines of incomplete data repeated like this image:
Input past end of file means that when a file is opened for reading (in this case PDFeXPLODE.INI) the end of the file from which all data has been read is either:
